Quite pleased that I managed to get out of bed last Saturday the 26th July and run twice around my 4 mile run in Southwater.
Didn't feel too bad..........ached when I stopped running........slightly better recovery time.
Needless to say Mr Binks quoted 9 miles for the same weekend and Mr Croucher boasted 4 miles every other day for the last two weeks!....We'll see.
Next stop is back to the Pear Tree on an Awayday........
