4.2.miles in 39 mins 10 secs + Just entered for Barnes Green Half Marathon on the 2nd Nov 2008
Madness has overcome me and I've just entered for the Barnes Green Half Marathon in 3 weeks time. Had a run out today of 4.2miles in 39mins and 10 secs.
