Over 12 miles today in 2hrs 8 mins - 5th September 2009

Very pleased with myself for running over 12 miles today ( close to 12.6 miles). Not a fantastic time but a fantastic distance.

Not feeling too bad after it....we'll see......should be running down now for Great North Run 20th Sept'09
